this has been requested so that you all have the opportunity to put forward
your suggestions & ideas for the club, please submit in writing anything
you wish to discuss at least 5 days prior to the meeting so it can be added to
the agenda.

THORNFALCON CLASSICS ANNUAL LUNCH-TIME MEETING
NEW VENUE !
- The Parklands by THE MOUNT SOMERSET HOTEL, Henlade, Taunton. Again,
just off the A358 east but only a mile and a half from junction 25 of the M5 -
it is easily found, just follow the 'car meeting' signs. Adorned with trees,
this attractive and much larger area will provide room for even more vehicles
if needed. The format will remain exactly the same, including food available on
site, also from the Mount Somerset Hotel: 01823
442500, or bring a picnic.
IT IS
FREE OF CHARGE, NO BOOKING IS NECESSARY (ALTHOUGH IT DOES HELP TO KNOW IN
ADVANCE IF CAR CLUBS AND LARGE GROUPS WISH TO ATTEND), AND COME AND GO, AS AND
WHEN YOU PLEASE. IT IS PRIMARILY A LUNCH-TIME MEET, FROM 11.00am TO 2.30pm BUT
MANY PEOPLE ARRIVE MUCH EARLIER AND SOME STAY LATER. FURTHER DETAILS IF

Club stand - Mini World Action Day Castle Combe (please let club secretary
know if you wish to show car on club stand (limited spaces available).
The club will
be having a stand at this event with spaces for 12 cars , there are 12 FREE
admission passes , also 6 Track passes will be available @ £25 each ,these will
be allocated on a first come basis along with payment . ( your allocated track
time will be sent with the tickets ) Anyone interested in having their car
on display or Track Time , please send Cheque payment ( for track pass ) Name
& address plus car details.

We are holding a Classic Car Gathering from 11am – 3pm ,
this event is FREE and a very informal gathering , all cars attending must be
in place by 10.45am. It is a lovely setting , with tea rooms available for
refreshments & a gift shop ,as well as access to the Castle & grounds .

Harris so that you are added to the list of cars so we have an idea of numbers
attending & cars can be checked at the
gate on the day of the event.
